Learn with SOUL!

As the official Learning Management System (LMS) of the University, mySOUL is an all-in-one web-based teaching and learning platform where teachers can organize offline (asynchronous) activities like assignments. Students can perform these activities without entering the virtual classroom. mySOUL is capable of conducting real-time (synchronous) activities like video conferencing. Silliman University will deliver the class with offline and real-time activities depending on the need of the subjects. We are aware of Internet challenges. Thus, Silliman’s online distance learning is designed with less screen time without sacrificing the intended outcomes of the subject.

Usage of the SOUL system and its attendant online learning tools shall be considered as consent for the gathering, storage, and processing of the user's personal information, which is subject to the Data Privacy Policy of Silliman University.

    Log-in Concerns After the Update

    Greetings!

    If you are having issues logging in after the scheduled update/maintenance, please clear your web browser's data.

    1. Open the browser and click more options.
    2. Select More tools and select Clear browsing data.

         3. Select Last 4 weeks or All  as time range in the next window.

          

         4. Make sure that all three options are checked. Once done, click Clear data.

         5. Finally, restart the web browser.

During the maintenance, you may experience intermittent issues, and downtimes may happen with mySOUL. This is part of our commitment to provide better service to all mySOUL users.     Steps in Activating Your SU Email (@su.edu.ph)


    STEPS IN ACTIVATING YOUR SU EMAIL (@SU.EDU.PH)

    1.   Open any browser and go to gmail.com

    2.   Input your username. Your username must be

    First name middle initial family name @su.edu.ph

    If Google could not find your account, visit the MIS Office located at Uytengsu Foundation Computer Center.

    3.   Input your Password. Use your mysilliman password then add * if it did not reach 8 characters.

                                 Example: Daniel Daryl Aba Fabe

                                 Username:  danielafabe@su.edu.ph

                                 Password: rjlk just add **** (rjlk****)

                                                    or asdfg add *** (asdfg***)

    If Google could not recognize your password, visit the MIS Office located at Uytengsu Foundation Computer Center.
